What it does
- Projects long-term asset trends in charts and tables, up to age 100
- Compares nominal values against inflation-adjusted purchasing power
- Simulates mortgage repayment plans, including early/extra repayments
- Lets you add life events such as marriage, children, relocation, or retirement
- Includes a What-If slider to see the impact of changing income or investment returns
- Lets you export and re-import your inputs as a JSON file
Privacy
All calculations run entirely in your browser (client-side). None of your income, expenses, or asset information is ever sent to an external server. Data is stored only in your browser's LocalStorage and persists across sessions on that device (clear your browser's site data to remove it). No account or login is required.
How to use it
- Click "Open the Simulator" to launch the tool.
- Use the edit buttons at the top to enter your profile, assets/loans, income, expenses, and life events (or start from a preset).
- Review your projected assets and cashflow in the charts and table.
- Optionally adjust assumptions with the What-If slider, and export your inputs as JSON to save your work.
Important notes
- Results are based on a simplified model and do not guarantee your actual future finances.
- Taxes and social insurance premiums are assumed to be already reflected in the take-home income you enter; the tool does not calculate individual tax amounts.
- Please consult a qualified financial planner or other professional before making specific decisions about assets, insurance, or mortgages.
